Terms of Service

Services. Natural Media Professionals, Inc. provides website design, hosting, content, call tracking and related marketing services as described in the package you select on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Fees. The one-time setup fee is due before work begins and is non-refundable once the site is delivered. The monthly fee is billed in advance on the same day each month and continues until canceled.

Cancellation. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation we provide a static export of your site. Tracking numbers, dashboards, hosting and content services end at the close of the final billing period.

Ownership. You own your domain name and the content written for your company. Natural Media retains ownership of its templates, tooling, tracking platform and dashboard software.

Revisions. Revisions to your site are unlimited. New pages beyond the plan allowance are quoted in writing before work begins.

Call recording. You are responsible for complying with call-recording consent laws in your jurisdiction; we can enable a recording notice on request.

Guarantee. We guarantee delivery within 48 hours of your onboarding call and payment of the setup fee, barring delays in receiving required information from you. We do not guarantee specific rankings or lead volumes.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
